Answer: You want one of these. Baaaaaaaaadly. On sale for ~$194 after rebate, too. But no, summer classes just took all of the car money.

You know lunchbox lockers make it suicidal mid corner, right?
They are a bargain though if you want to spin both rear tires for gnarly burnouts

Its just my opinion...so take it as it is...but if you are going to the trouble of getting a new diff put in, save up for a air locker, or if this is for a street vehicle a Torsen or good 2 way.

Reports of noise have been grossly exaggerated, as the Jeep people say.

Corners are indeed not the goal.

Is this for a Ford 9” or 8.8” ? Might I also ask for what car?
You might be able to get a limited slip carrier out of a P71 Crown Vic for cheap if it’s an 8.8”
We used to install lunchbox lockers in Jeeps and GMs all day long, it’s really easy to do

Ford 9” 28 spline in the back of a ‘70 Mustang. I did look at the 8.8 swap, but it looks like the off-center section makes that a biiiiiiit of a pain.

I’d just save up for the spartan then
